I have attached particular importance to introducing methods that respect the soil and the fauna on the plots I farm.

My aim is to produce quality wines while at the same time nurturing greater biodiversity among my vines and protecting my terroir.

My farming practices are tending towards those of organic farming: natural green cover for the rows, mechanical weeding with an Intercep mower, elimination of chemical pesticides, integrated treatments…
